The first month is paid 100% upfront before content production begins. After Kingdom Creations reviews and approves your project request, you will receive an invoice. The first invoice is normally due within 3 calendar days unless another due date is specifically stated on the invoice. An unpaid invoice does not start the service. Production begins only after the first month’s required payment has been received.

Monthly Content Plans are paid in advance each month. Future monthly payments are due 5 calendar days before the next service cycle begins. For example, if your next service cycle begins November 1, payment is due October 27. Future content production and delivery may be paused until payment is received.

Standard package quantities are based on a 4-week content cycle. Content Starter: 1 Reel/week × 4 = 4 Reels; 2 Graphics/week × 4 = 8 Graphics. A fifth calendar week does not automatically include additional content.

All completed content is delivered digitally. You receive your finished Reels and graphics and are responsible for posting them to your own social media platforms. Account access is not required unless you also purchase another service that requires it.

Monthly Content Plans include the creation of the listed finished content. Filming requirements vary by project. Travel, multiple filming sessions, extended filming time or specialized production may cost extra. Any additional filming or travel costs will be discussed and approved before work begins.

One standard revision round per piece of content is included unless otherwise specified in your package or custom quote. Major concept changes, additional revisions, additional content or requests outside the approved scope may require an additional charge. Any additional charge must be communicated and approved before the additional work is performed.

Please provide necessary information, approvals, logos, brand assets, products, footage, access to locations, people/talent needed for filming and other requested materials in enough time for Kingdom Creations to complete your content. Client-caused delays may affect the delivery schedule.

Content included within a service cycle is intended to be created and delivered during that service cycle. Unused content does not automatically roll over into a future service cycle unless the delay was caused by Kingdom Creations or Kingdom Creations specifically agrees otherwise.

Monthly Content Plans operate month-to-month unless a separate agreement states otherwise. You can choose not to continue into another service cycle before paying for that next cycle. Once a new service cycle has been paid for and production has begun, any refund is subject to the terms agreed upon for that project.
